FCP customers have 14 days from receipt to return items prior to use.
We have a 10% restocking fee.
We have a 10% cancelation fee for pre-orders and backorders.
All returns must be in new condition and include all original manufacturers packaging. Returns must be received by FCP Racing within 14 days of the RMA issue date. FCP Racing is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package through the carrier. Always insure your return package for the full retail value of the item and obtain a tracking number from your chosen shipper. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on damaged items; damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.
An accepted return will be subject to a 10% restocking fee along with the original shipping and handling charges. All returns within 14 days of receipt will be refunded provided the item is still in new condition (without any nicks or scratches) and can be resold to another customer. Be careful to package it in a similar fashion like it was received. Parts bouncing around inside a box will get damaged and void your warrantee.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
